Pre-Made Toppers are sold as is and are printed on glossy paper. They are not customizable. Topper will come with double sided tape or Velcro for an easy application process on to your grad cap and a clear thumbtack for your tassel. These toppers measure 9.5X9.5 inches. Online orders are processed and shipped/ready for pick up within 3-5 business days. Expected delivery is 2-3 days if you need your order shipped. I do not offer over-night shipping.
