• No turnaround times (except for digital designs).
• Due Date = the date you want to receive your order.
• Do NOT choose the day of your event, photoshoot, or an important date as your due date. Please choose wisely.
• I do not recommend selecting dates close to your event. I am not responsible for delayed orders.

• No deposits.
• Full payment is required to secure your order.
• Orders are not started or secured until paid in full.

Friendly reminder: Ordering a product or service from me does not include graphics for personal use outside of what was originally ordered.

If you would like to purchase the graphic for personal use (yourself, a vendor, or an event coordinator), it must be purchased separately.

Any unauthorized use of graphics without purchase will result in being banned from placing future orders.

RUSH FEES

• Rush fees apply if your order is needed while I’m booked
• Rush fees start at $15
• Graduation toppers & stoles rush fees start at $40
• Ordering at least 1 month in advance is recommended to avoid rush fees and blackout dates

DELIVERY OPTIONS

• Shipping starts at $10 (USPS). Delivery dates are estimates and subject to change.
• Once shipped and tracking is provided, I am not responsible for delays or lost packages. Contact USPS directly.
• Pickup: Dates & address provided after completion (Tallahassee, FL)
• Local Delivery: $15 (Tallahassee, FL)
